Highland Fuel — Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Highland Fuel subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries of your chosen products based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can cancel at any time.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any point using the link found in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to secure Highland Fuel products that are currently out of stock or arriving soon.
At checkout, we may take no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment depending on the product.
If payment is not taken upfront, your stored payment method will be charged when your order is ready to ship.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund of any payment you’ve made.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For selected items, you may be offered a try-before-you-buy option.
We will authorize your payment method before dispatch.
You’ll then have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item.
If the item is not returned within the trial period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
