An unbelievable result at her first ever UTS event, part of the UTMB World Series.

โšก The pink Highland Fuel cap making sure the Welsh rain stayed out ๐Ÿ’—

One of the biggest lessons learned from the race was around night racing nutrition. Kelly mentioned the body responds very differently overnight and, despite taking in plenty of gels, chews and drink mix, she feels more โ€œreal foodโ€ would have helped as the race went deeper into the night.

Another takeaway was pacing and planning. The early pace felt fast before the course became far more technical around the Snowdon summit sections, plus more night training will be key heading into future goals like Lakeland 100.
