Caps are great and the 300mg sodium is a higher content than ones I have previously used, so for me they are great.
Love the colours and fit. I've struggled to find a cap that fits nicely (can't really feel it) and stays put, this one does both.
Perfect companion to go along with barefuel, or on the warmer efforts where im carrying extra water without carbs

Always take with water. Adjust intake based on conditions, sweat rate, and sodium already present in drinks (e.g. BareFuel or ClearFuel).
